What is the relationship between Good Apples and Right by Nature?
Our recent merger with Right by Nature means more products, more time to order and more great services. We've added thousands of new products to our web site, including all natural, antibiotic-free fresh meats and hundreds of grocery items. Be sure to check daily for the latest specials, recipes and more!
How to Get Started?
Online Registration is Easy Visit www.goodapples.com and click on New Customer Registration. Enter your Location code under Corporate Delivery and follow the on screen instructions to register for an account.
What if I don't know my code?
If you don't know your code, just enter Your Company Name in the alternate box and your location codes will be displayed. If you don't do the shopping in your house, give the code to your spouse or other family members and they can register and order from their home or office computers.
How to Change Pickup Location?
Enter the new location code, select and continue. Please do this before you place your order.
The other options which are self explained are Change Password, Change Security Question.
When can I place my order?
Placing Orders 24/7 Once you are registered, you can order anytime, 24 hours a day, from the comfort of your home or office. Our online store is stocked with everything from apples to zucchini, and we'll email you our latest "in season" specials once a week. Orders are delivered on specific days scheduled for your organization. If you prefer, you may also arrange to pick up your order at the Right by Nature store location 5 days a week.
When do I know my order has arrived at my office?
You are notified via e-mail when your order has been delivered and is ready for pickup.
How do my groceries stay fresh while they're on the trucks?
Orders are packed fresh daily at our new location at Right By Nature Market downtown in the Strip District at 23rd and Smallman St. deliver to you on a regular schedule, keeping your produce and other groceries fresh aboard a fully refrigerated truck to ensure premium quality.

What if I'm late for my pick up time?
Don't worry. Your order will be waiting for you when you arrive.
Is there a minimum order for store pick up?
No, there is no minimum order required.
Should I tip my driver?
Our policy is not to accept tips. After all, our job is to make your life easier; delivering a high-quality service should be your expectation.
I am unhappy with the product or service I received. What should I do
It's very important to us that you are completely satisfied with the products you order from Good Apples. If we have not met your expectations, please contact customer service. We'll do whatever it takes to make things right.
What happened with my Healthy Rewards and Points from my original account?
For existing healthy rewards and points, each point was converted into a new point in the current system or each dollar is converted into 100 points. Instead of 2 points systems, Healthy Rewards has been eliminated and we now have a simple earned points system.
What is the Points system, how does it work?
Each dollar you spend shopping with us online earns one point. Each point is worth $0.01 (1 cent) and can be used towards your purchases at any time. When you apply your points, you will be able to see where your accrued points deduct from your order total in the shopping cart.
Points can only be used if and when you decide to use them. Your accrued points are not deducted automatically. You can use your points whenever you want and as many as you want. There is no $ limit on point usage.
Please note, points added to your exisitng account on the day of purchase cannot be used until the following day. Points do not expire for as long as Good Apples is in business.
Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
